  • Nickie works on extending the functionality of our client's SharePoint and CRM implementations.
  • Working alongside Maria she helps with the creation of new Virtual Agents, including development and testing and the continued maintenance and advancement of those already in use by our clients.
  • Nickie’s role also includes quality assurance work to ensure the continued improvement of all our virtual Agents.
