October 2012 – V-Portal™ Announced
On Wednesday 17 October, our partner Creative Virtual announced V-Portal™, their new multi-channel knowledge management solution for enterprise businesses. We’re pleased to say that, in collaboration with our partner, we’re now able to offer this facility to our customers.
Research from Forrester and Gartner reveals that customers increasingly prefer on-line self-service to calling. V-Portal helps businesses create a personalised self-service experience on-line in social channels and on mobile devices. The result is reduced customer support costs and increased brand loyalty and engagement among customers who can easily and efficiently interact with your company across mobile, web, and social media channels.
Full details can be found in the Creative Virtual V-Portal news item.
