Maria is Head of our Web Services and oversees all of the Virtual Agent and SharePoint development projects.
Projects have included being the lead author on the National Rail Enquires website for their Virtual Agent ‘Lisa’, Regus’ Virtual Agent, and ‘Wanda’ for Park. Most recently Maria has been working closely with National Rail Enquiries on a project to allow Virtual Agents to bring dynamic information directly to the user. ‘Lisa’ can now provide up to the minute information about train delays as well as station information such as car park prices and opening times.
With SharePoint as well as new projects Maria is leading the work to help our clients migrate to SharePoint 2010.
Maria has worked as Web Services manager for two leading train operating groups and has been involved in a number of leading website projects, including first rail travel winning RNIB accreditation for accessibility and in the development of ‘one’ Railways award winning Virtual Agent, Valerie.
