- Glyn is Head of Technical Services, having extensive knowledge in writing SQL stored procedures which form the basis for many BI reports. Specialising in writing customised KPI reports, most recently for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Projects have included developing a CRM system for London Overground and is the knowledge behind the new database development for National Rail Enquiries.
- Currently involved in gaining specific skills around Sharepoint integration that will become the main repository for further business intelligence reporting.
- Formerly Information Manager for the Probation Service. He has been involved in a number of leading government IT projects including the regional case management system and national offender assessment systems.
